Great beef Pho soup best I tasted since What's the Pho in Bellevue. Great taste and balance of noodles to meat. Quick service and clean restaurant lots of tables and satisfied customers. Join us for the Pho.

Five stars food wise! The bbq pork vermicelli ($10) my husband had was reeaallly good. Honestly better than my beef pho ($12), which was also really good. They give a good amount of meat. Fresh rolls were standard. One star knocked off only because there was no music, and since there was also no one there, it was kind of weird.

Amazing broth!!! If you don't want full flavor then you should go somewhere else. It is the best I have ever had. Fast and friendly service and the portions are perfect.

We eat here at least once a week being that we work so close, we can walk there. The plate size is massive and delicious. You leave feeling full and that you got what you paid for. I love 23 personally, it’s a light but filling meal (and it comes with an egg roll 😉)

Food is good and cheap. The service is fast and friendly! I recommend #26!!!

Fantastic pho

Fast service and good food! I ordered some pho and they had it ready in less than 5 minutes.

Very good food!! The staff is very down to earth and seems to enjoy her job! When you walk in you find a seat and the lady brings you your menu. After your done eating you leave your plates at the table and go to the counter in the back and pay for your food.

I have been going here for years. Have never had a bad experience. The best Pho around, in my opinion. Have eaten Pho for over 35 years. Love this place. Tonight the tendon wasn’t quite as soft as it usually is and not as much meat. So will have to deduct a star is for that. There was also no refilling of water. I have only had the #1 item. And tonight was the only time I went for dinner. Always go at lunch. I think lunch is slightly better. More meat and deeper flavor. Still the best deal around, though. Staff is very friendly.

The place was cold (no heat, maybe a sale strategy to get you into order Pho) and the food was okay.

Our favorite pho! Their broth is amazing! Sprouts and basil leaves always fresh! We have pho as a family once per week. They know us as regulars and bring out what we want. Awesome place!!

Fast service good food

Pho has nice flavor. Prices are reasonable. Decor reminds me of a diner more than a nice restaurant.

Always the best place to get pho for the past 15 years.
